Transcutaneous Electric Nerve Stimulation (TENS)
Transcutaneous Electric Nerve Stimulation (T.E.N.S.) uses electric current to stimulate the nerves for therapeutic purposes.

Sticky pads are attached to the skin and connected to the T.E.N.S. unit.

Electricity stimulates the nerves and sends signals to the brain that block the pain receptors

T.E.N.S. is helpful for:

  • Back and Neck pain
  • Sciatica
  • Tendonitis
  • Bursitis
  • Fibromyalgia Syndrome (FMS)
  • Osteoarthritis (OA)
  • Sudden onset acute pain, such as strains and sprains and pulled muscles
The first T.E.N.S. treatment is free, so there's no reason not to try it!
